Нейната черно-бяла песен. - Lzzy Hale, "Like a Woman Can". Родее се със съответните блус-балади на James Brown ("Woman", "It's a Man's World"),
но с романтичен привкус. Пък силата на този текст е в класиколично любовен контекст, т.е. и без лесбийските внушения, и без възпитателната въвлеченост.
Ами това е нейният патологичен страх от изоставяне, когато нещата все още не са опрели до психопатия. Drama Queen. Другото е маркетинг. Същинското заглавие на целия албум е "Drama Queen"; и си позволявам да мисля, че е пропуск,
дето не са се може би сетили; маркетинговата стойност също би се повишила;
щом се предложи ироничната заигравка между малкото и голямото, лекото и тежкото; ала би се принизила нейната гордост. Фигурантките в клипа са монети на патологичната размяна в съзнанието. Borderline-опустошението, пустота, емоционалността се изтласква, извежда се, напада, проблемът е регулативен (фиксативната мания на Dahmer). И ето защо филмографията е семпла, постна, "артпорнографска". Не зная колко струва клипът, но е подходящо разкошен. Лизи засвидетелства емоционалната си интелигентност, адресирайки проблематиката у себе си. И, ах, едната пее за другата (моята приятелка като млада)!... Няколко цитата изот албума (Halestorm, "Everest"). "Gather up the Lamb of God, he won't be here soon... In the end stay with me underneath the fallen sun." (Milady прелъстява монаха, пък Дионис - Ницше.) "Twisted smile and missing parts" (Broken Doll). Самата драма е хваната виртуозно в "I Gave You Everything". "Will you shed a tear, or raise a glass?" (How will You Remember Me.) "All of my roses are pink,
and your violets are blue" (Like a Woman Can), това и моята приятелка не може да го измисли.
Никой няма по-тежък поглед,
освен може би...
И по-подобрена фигура.
