Parallax means that in certain situations, two and more perspectives on the same thing never fully coincide not because someone or many are looking at it subjectively,
but because there is a real split built into the object itself, a split that becomes visible only via the incommensurability of perspectives. In other words, when perspectives seem incompatible, there is not a problem that could be resolved by stepping back and finding a more neutral interpretation, the very impossibility of merging the perspectives is what reveals something essential about the object and about the relation of subjects with regard to this object. But if we would truly see glitches in the world of our experience, it would more likely indicate a serious mental health problem.
