"Congo is totally integrated. So many crucial minerals come from Congo. But it's the state which is a non-operative state. And mostly it is local warlords dealing directly with Western corporations. With, of course, full support; or at least the international community is turning a blind eye; and so on, and so on... I love bureaucracy. I would like to live in a nicely, authentically alienated society. I'm not interested in you."
